Complete refurbishment of a studio to create a one-bedroom apartment with an en-suite bathroom in Kensington, London

Completed, 2008

The works included removal of all internal walls, services, fixtures and finishes, installation of new sound-insulated timber flooring and a new kitchen and bathroom.

A free-standing central wall with built-in kitchen separates the living and dining area from the bedroom. The main materials are stained oak flooring and white Italian marble for worktops and bathroom walls.
