Multi-family House

The project is for two generations of the same family.

The house accommodates to large apartments, but can be subdivided into up to three individual flats giving a maximum of future flexibility.

Centered in a historic block and overlooked from different angles, the project adopts a concept of ‘recesses and borrowed views’ to create sufficient privacy for the occupants and the surrounding houses.
